Great news this week as Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock, Holiday Inn Express York and Hotel Indigo Edinburgh have all been recognised for exceptional customer service with Agoda Customer Service Awards.

These accolades honour hotels that consistently maintain high standards, provide outstanding service and memorable guest experiences for customers. This was reflected in the positive reviews and feedback for each of the Splendid Hospitality Group franchise hotels that received awards.
