Andrew Kendrick appointed as new Managing Director

We have appointed Andrew Kendrick as new Managing Director – Hotels with immediate effect, responsible for overseeing the successful performance of all 24 hotels within the Splendid Hospitality portfolio, as well as managing the central support services for all hotel businesses.

Andrew first joined Splendid in 2016 as Regional Operations Manager, looking after a selection of Splendid’s hotels. He became Divisional Managing Director in 2019, and Group Operations Director in 2020, and has played a integral part in Splendid Hospitality’s growth and success over the last seven years.

As part of an internal restructure of Splendid Hospitality’s senior management team, Andrew’s new role will bring together Splendid’s diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels under one umbrella, with a focus on driving performance and creating unified systems and reporting. Ranging from select service to five-star luxury hotels in key locations throughout the UK, Andrew’s portfolio will also include the development of an exciting pipeline of new developments and refurbishments.

On his appointment, Andrew said:
