Guest Satisfaction Scores Increase Across Three Splendid Hospitality Group Hotels 

 

This month three Splendid Hospitality Group Hotels have achieved an improved IHG Guest Love score.

 

The Guest Love score is calculated for each hotel based on guest reviews, satisfaction surveys and operational data. When a hotel scores a certain amount, they’re awarded a Superior Guest Love status, which shows that colleagues continuously go above and beyond for customers. 

 

Both Hotel Indigo York and Hotel Indigo Edinburgh have now been awarded this fantastic new status, with Hotel Indigo York scoring 86.56% and Hotel Indigo Edinburgh scoring 87.92%. 

 

The Holiday Inn Express York has also recently been awarded the ‘Most Improved Guest Love Impact Award’ by IHG, which is another huge achievement for the team and the wider Splendid family. 

 

These incredible accomplishments for all three hotels show how the teams involved care about providing a positive guest experience and brilliant service.
