Holiday Inn Express York Wins Big IHG Award

Holiday Inn Express York has been awarded with the ‘Most Improved Guest Love Impact Award’ by IHG.

The prize was awarded to the hotel for their efforts and achievements in 2022, and shows their effort and dedication to providing guests with a great experience during their stay.

The IHG Impact Awards is an initiative created to enable people across the business to nominate and recognise hotel leaders, peers and colleagues who they feel made an impact during the year. Nominees are people who have made a difference across the year, and are committed to upholding the IHG promise of True Hospitality.

The awards receive a large number of nominations, so receiving this award is a big honour for the Holiday Inn Express York team, and the wider Splendid family.
