The awards held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London celebrated the best in hospitality, with individuals being celebrated for their excellence.

Lisa was rewarded for her first-class service in the hotel, and impeccable management of the housekeeping team at The Grand York.

The five-star Grand York Hotel won The Cateys Award for Hotel of The Year Group only a few months ago, and adds this new achievement to their collection of accolades.
