Splendid Hospitality Group Invest Millions in London Hotel

Splendid Hospitality Group have invested £22 million in a lease extension of The County Hotel in London.

The hotel is closed for renovation, and is due to open in 2024. The deal was completed with Bedford Estates, to further increase the hotel offering of the group in the capital.

Splendid Hospitality Vice Chairman Nadeem Boghani said “This deal signals a significant investment opportunity for Splendid Hospitality and further strengthens our versatile development plans in key markets in the UK.”
