Splendid Takes 1st Place for Guest Satisfaction
The IHG mid-year results are in and Splendid Hospitality Group has come in first place for Guest Satisfaction globally.
Within the Splendid portfolio we currently own, run and operate five IHG properties including Hotel Indigos and Holiday Inn Expresses.
Every quarter IHG publishes a performance report ranking their global properties based on metrics such as guest love, breakfast and overall experience. The most recent report has given us much to celebrate here at Splendid.

- Holiday Inn Express York has scored over 80/100 in every category
